The Color of Pain

The Color of Pain

Written some time ago after discussing with a friend about whether all pain would be the same color if pain even had colors.

What is the color of pain?
Does it have different colors or hues?
Does it matter how badly that pain hurts us?
Just what is the color of pain?
Different pain has different colors on different people.
Anyway that’s the way it seems.
Some people say the colors of their pains are all the same.
Others say theirs are like the colors of fire and different pains have different hues.
A hotter fire has a blue flame and a less hot fire has an orange glow–their pain is the same.
A deep pain has a black or blue feel to it, while one that isn’t so bad has a less irritating color to it.
For instance the pain of jealousy–
It can sometimes make a person turn green.
I remember when I was a child and got into fights that my eyes would turn black with pain
Many times in those same fights my nose would turn red in pain.
Therefore, my conclusion is that different pains have different colors and hues.
Broken hearts I expect (if we could see them) are some shade of blue.

The color of pain

I wrote an article once about Kirlian photography, because I was interested in auras and they supposedly take photos of a person's aura. Very interesting views on the color of pain.

Very Nice

I asked several different people about it just out of curiosity then did the piece out of the answers.  I have to admit, though, that my nose often did turn red with blood after getting into a fist fight, and it was definitely painful.

Let me ask you if pain had colors, do you think alll pain would be the same color or different amounts and kinds of pain be different colors or lighter and darker hues of the same colors?

Very nice Johnny. Love the
