Website Claims You Can Convert Your Car to a Hydrogen Hybrid Which Uses Water to Produce HHO

Jarden 67000 Ball 12 pack Wide Mouth 1 Quart Mason Jar

This website claims to have a great method to beat the skyrocketing price of gas and help the environment at the same time! They offer instruction on how to stretch your mileage by converting your car to produce HHO, (a clean burning gas also known as Hydroxy or Brown's Gas), from water and a small electric charge. They claim that this will not only lower your emissions, but also increase your gas mileage by reducing the amount of gasoline you burn. Of course it's not free, but there is a link for a free 7-day course which they claim is for research in developing their method. There is also some mention of a Toyota Corolla getting 61mpg using the system.

I'm not sure whether this claim has any basis in fact, and if you look at the system they display "new for 2008" on a Ball Mason Jar which is a key component of the system.
