Cool Sites To Write and Earn
Cool Sites To Write and Earn
I am always amazed at the information that I stumble across daily. I pretty much spend a considerable amount of time writing, and looking for new avenues to create an additional stream of income. I thought this information would be useful most to the sites I am going to list, I currently use. I can tell from my own experience the sites and real and legitimate places to earn money online.
1.) Hubpages; I would be remiss if I didn't list hubpages first. Hubpages is one of my favorite places to write, in addition to my other bloggs.
2.) Triond; This website is great I have only used this particular site for the past 2 months. At first my articles were constantly declined, and I couldn't figure out why. If you have previously written articles, Triond pretty much wants fresh material that not presently used by you on another site. For example if I write a post on my blog www.theskillcenter.blogspot.com and then re-use it for Triond more than likely it will be declined. But if you write a unique article that is not popular there a high chance for it being approved. This site shares 50% of its advertising revenue with the writers. Triond pay on the 15th of every month.
3.) Xomba; This site is pretty cool, you can write about anything you chose, entertainment, sports, job hunting, hobbies, dining out. You earn on the articles you write along with any blogs you author. You do need a google adsense account due to you are paid 50% of the ad revenue by google. Once your article is submitted with this site it is generally live on the internet within 48 hours.
4.) Review Party; If you are not long winded, but are full of opinions regarding books, music, DVD movies, this is the spot for you. This is your opportunity to be your own entertainment critic. Everyone will appreciate what you have to say about whatever book you have read, or the last movie you saw. And yes, you can even write reviews on your favorite television show. The way you are paid with review party is through Amazon, so you do need to sign up with the Amazon affiliate program first, and then register with review party. Trust me--it is not difficult.
5.) LetterRep; Can you believe there is a website that wil pay you to write letters. You earn between $10 - $15 per letter. This site is very professional most of the individuals requesting work on this site is looking for very particular type of letters. If you are excellent at cover letter writing this is the place for you. They also have a prepay service. Some clients prepay before they find the letter they want.
6.) ePinions; this is another great site for opinion writing. You are paid $1 per opinion. Their sloggan is 10 opinions for $10 bucks. What I enjoy about this service is they email you feedback to help you improve on your writing.
One last point I want to encourage anyone who loves to give advice to register with www.feedthevillage.com this site will pay you for the information you have, and are willing to share with others. Their sloggan is a site by the people for the people. I really love this site mainly due to they really have a purpose. Their purpose is to help your fellow man.
All of these sites are honest and real websites, and most pay by means of paypal, some offer e-gold, I can't say much about e-gold mainly because I have never used that form of payment. Just as a bonus for people who don't like to write at all, but still looking for money earning ways online you can try, www.surveyclub.com. I can testify to their fast turnaround in payment. Survey club generally have survey where you earn $5 and up, and it doesn't take more than 15 - 20 min. to complete

Thanks for sharing. I've found that www.shvoong a book review site doesn't pay well. I hope Review Party pays better. I'm also good at cover letter writing so I'll check out Letter Rep. also.
It's good to have so many places to earn extra income doing what you love. What a great article. Most definitely +1.

Great information Adrienne. Here is a few more paying web sites for article. http://www.xomba.com/the_best_paying_websites_to_post_articles
Thanks for the information. Good to know all the different Web sites that are out there where you can earn some money.
Commitment is a very-weird thing ... unreasonable at times.
For instance, the owners of University Park apartments went through a time when their management was unreliable. I wanted to hold back the money in the same way that service seemed held-back, but the contract said that I was to pay (not 'that I was to pay if I felt that I should) ... so I paid faithfully and the service thus improved.
I also subscribe to COX Communications (for cable-, telephone-, and Internet-service). The television advertising is constantly saying, "COX lures you in with the intro-rate, then sucks your money like a vampire-banker, etc." But my (imagination's) contract is with them, and my imagination will not go elsewhere.
That's the same case as Xomba: sure, the checks come from Goog--Money; but Xomba own's my blogging-brain's heart!

I'm with you Mythman - Xomba has my blogging heart too. But it's still good to know what else is out there.

To emphasize that--though your holy bonds tie you together forever--the 'dating' was always "just a fun way to meet others."
Though you (champaignedreams) and I are forever-linked to Xomba.com ('`Dey's our "meal-ticket"!'), it's okay to let the other sites buy us dinner once in a while!

Well nice to show your dedication for xomba--I enjoy it as well, but it doesn't pay any bills, and its nice to know about other sites where you can earn pretty good extra money.
