Cops Kill Woman with a Crochet Hook

Police Officers shot and killed a woman in her vehicle, that they thought was lunging at them with a knife or pix ax.

It turns out that the woman was stabbing herself in the neck with a crochet needle due having a seizure.

She was shot twice in the torso and later died at the hospital.

This was a wrongful death and a very sad outcome.
