I just love seafood, especially shrimp. And right now Red Lobster is running their Endless Shrimp special... so there are commercials on all the time trying to tempt me into going there and spending money... money that I dont have for expensive restaurant meals...

And today's recipe was for Copycat Red Lobster's Shrimp Scampi.... oh yum....

So I ran out and picked up a pound of Wild American Gulf Shrimp because they have such a sweet fresh flavor and whipped up this Copycat Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi recipe....

It was so, amazingly good and so simple.

Just cook the pasta

Mix up the ingredients to the secret sauce in a baking dish

Add the shrimp to sauce

And bake for no more than 7 minutes.

Serve the shrimp and the sauce over the pasta and enjoy...

It was so easy... and I never would have thought to bake it like that.... There is a real surprise in the secret scampi sauce ingredients too.
