Cornbeef Casserole
1~8oz bag of egg noodles
1~8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans of cornbeef
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
cook noodles as directed on bag and drain. Place noodles in 13 x 9 pan, crumble cornbeef over the noodles, sprinle with the cheese. In a bowl mix cream of mushroom soup and milk till blended. pour over casserole mixture and stir. Place pan in 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes or until hot. let casserole cool for 5 minutes serve.
possible side items to serve with it: salad, dinner roll, steamed vegetables, fruit salad or simply alone
