Here is a link for the largest garage sale in the world known as craigslist.  A user can virtually find anything on this site; cars, houses, boyfriends, girlfriends, lawyers, art, jobs, the list goes on and on.  The site has a list of cities, states, and countries a user can sort by.  If you live in a small town click on the state, if you live in a large city it will most likely will be under cities.
