I appreciate all the tips,

I appreciate all the tips, it seems that all these natural remedies are not that hard to get actually. I am doubtful about the chewing gum, I actually heard the opposite about it, I knew that chewing gum is not recommendable specially if we talk about heartburn. I have this condition for few years now and I always have to be extra careful with everything I eat. My doctor prescribed me nexium to control my condition but I still have to pay attention to what I eat.
