Customer Satisfaction Form

Keeping customers happy is what every business wants to do. One way to keep abreast of how their customers feel is to offer them the opportunity to fill out a customer satisfaction form. If you are a customer, you might want to think twice before foregoing the chance to complete one of these forms.

A customer satisfaction form is a great way to share your opinion with a business. Many businesses offer these forms to customers they’ve done business with. You’ll often see them in restaurants, hotel rooms and at rental car agencies.

Many people don’t want to take the time to fill out a customer satisfaction form. They see it as time consuming and they may be wary for another reason. If you’ve had a bad experience with a company and you have to fill out the customer satisfaction form while in their presence, that can be uncomfortable.

Some businesses are recognizing this and have found a solution. They now offer their customers the chance to rate their experience online. This can be done on the website of the business by filling out a virtual customer satisfaction form.

These forms are essentially the same as their traditional counterparts. There are spaces for you to rate your experience with the company on a scale and an additional area for you to place any personal comments. In some cases, the customer satisfaction form will also have a spot for you to fill in your identifying information including your name, address, email address and telephone number.

Although you may be wary of including this information with the customer satisfaction form, it can actually benefit you to do it. The reason is actually very simple.

If a hotel or a restaurant realizes that one of their guests had an unpleasant experience this is a concern to them. It not only means that they will most likely lose any future business from that individual, but they also see it as lost business from others. When a person has a bad experience as a customer they are likely to complain to others with deters them from dealing with the establishment.

If you include your name and contact information on the customer satisfaction form you may find that you’ll receive a personal note or call from the manager of the business. They may even offer you a rebate. This can be in the form of a free night’s stay with their hotel or a free meal in a restaurant. It gives them a second chance to impress you which is well worth the cost to them.

If you’ve had either an enjoyable experience or a horrible experience with a business take a moment and fill out the customer satisfaction form. You can do this in person or online. Along with allowing you to voice your opinion it gives the business a chance to improve.
