Cut Your Caffeine Intake

Cut back slowly on caffeine. This was the advised as noted on the U.S. National Library of Medicine. We know for a fact that caffeine is a stimulant and obviously it increases the hearts actions when taken. Though this suggestion was targeted to some people and not in general. It was also meant for pregnant women, people with ulcers as well as those with heart disease. It was suggested that they should cut down their caffeine intake to little or none at all.

In fact one of the risk factors for heart disease is caffeine. However, other study shows that caffeine is good for the heart. The important thing to consider if you are not among the people mentioned above, is not to take to much coffee. In other words, moderation is the key.

If ever you are going to cut down on your caffeine intake it is recommended that it showed be done gradually considering that immediate caffeine withdrawal may cause irritability, vomiting, drowsiness, nausea and headaches.
