Dale Earnhardt Jr. Losing Because of Engine Problems
posted August 4, 2007 - 7:24amDale Earnhardt Jr. is the NASCAR Cup Series most popular driver as the stands at the Talladega Superspeedway are populated with fans wearing red Tshirts and baseball caps wit the the black block-letter number [/b][cite]8 [/cite][/strong]on them as he goes 'round and round the track at 180
miles-per-hour.
The last several seasons though, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and racing teammate Martin Truex Jr. have been having trouble finishing races because as the continuing 9,000 Revolutions-Per-Minute for several hours causes stresses on the Chevy engine's components and causes them to come apart.
Now that Dale Earnhardt Jr. is joining Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon at Hendricks Motorsports for the 2008 NASCAR Cup Series he will have the highest horsepower and most durable engines. Click:
