Here we are into the year 2008 and still no immigration reform. It seems that congress and the President just cannot agree on what should be done with the illegals that are here now and those that are daily entering the United States.

Never fear, Pancho Villa is here. The solution is simple. You will recall that I myself conducted revolution reform, and it was very successful. So now I offer my very own, tried and proven, plan to the members of congress and the President of the United States.

First let us review. The community known as the world community should not and cannot criticize the United States for its immigration reform. First of all we are simply borrowing reform ideas from other countries. Example: the Berlin Wall was the idea of East German leader Walter Ulbricht and it was approved and indorsed by then leader of the Soviet Union Nikita Khrushchev. Certainly, there is no harm in following their fine example.

Allowing our border patrol to fire tear gas and other projectiles into Mexico is an accepted form of controlling the masses. Remember Saddam Hussein also used gas to control the Kurds. If Saddam Hussein can use gas to control his minority population then certainly so can the United States.

Moreover, and of greater importance are the lesser known but published effects of the laws passed at the behest of President Bush. As in Nazi Germany, President Bush has caused the congress to pass certain laws (among others, the Patriot Act). Just as in Nazi Germany our attention was focused on immigrants by an act of terror. In 1933 in Nazi Germany a public building was burned. In an article from wikipedia it appears thus: “The unnerved public worried that the fire had been a signal meant to initiate the communist revolution and the Nazis found the event to be of immeasurable value in getting rid of potential insurgents. So, as you can see there is plenty of history to support the United States adopting the reform I so successfully used. During my many military campaigns I would pardon many a “enemy combatant”. Unfortunately many of the men I pardoned came back to fight against me another day. So I developed this system.

Each and every illegal alien caught in the United States should have, as a matter of federal law, his or her right ear notched or completely amputated. This would create a public signal for anyone spotting a person in the United States with no ear to call the authorities immediately. If for some reason this person is caught a second time then the person should be declared an enemy alien combatant and brought before a firing squad within a matter of days. We have more than enough minute men ready and willing to serve on these firing squads.

This method I used to identify those that I was kind enough to pardon. Very few marked men ever came back to fight against me. I know this method will completely eliminate the illegal immigration problem for the United States. As for world opinion? The United States is the most powerful nation in the world. Who cares what the world thinks?
