Damn You Apple
posted August 26, 2006 - 1:59amSo I saw Alienware had a sweet looking MP3 player awhile back but I never bought one because of the holding size. Anyway, I saw they stopped selling them so I got on Ebay and found one for 10 dollars that didn't work. Well, I was checking out Alienware.com and looking at the warranty of said player when I see this.
"NOTE: This warranty does not cover any product which has been subject to damage due to an act of God, misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, commercial use, or modification of, or to, any part of the product, including the antenna. Damage to external media such as DVD, CD, LP, tape and/or memory devices are not covered nor is the cost incurred in shipping the unit for warranty repair. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss (direct, indirect, incidental, foreseen, unforeseen, special or consequential) or for any damage arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this product."
Now at first I just skim over because I was looking for information about how to service it if it was outside the warranty and then something catches my eye;
"NOTE: This warranty does not cover any product which has been subject to damage due to an act of God"
Alright, this is just funny but I know exactly why they HAD to put this here. Some assclown said, "My MP3 player broke because God smited it" and they were forced to fix it. I just found it funny that they had to put something there just in case God decided he didn't want someone listening to music on the Alienware MP3 player because we all know...God is an iPod fanboy.
