Danica Patrick Finishes Indy 500 In The Rain
Writinglife's history, the Indianapolis 500 race has been run for another year, the premier race of the summer season in America's midwest.
History making it was, with Danica Patrick and Sarah Fisher both completing the rain-shortened race.
Danica Patrick's Dallara Honda had the revolutionary horse power to run with the leaders and she was in third place before a rain storm delayed the race.

So as her Andretti Green teammate Dario Franchitti won the race in the rain, Danica Patrick finished the race in the 8th position, completing all of the 166 laps that were run.
While Danica Patrick was disappointed that she didn't finish better she doesn't have the blues and looks foward to the next race.
