Daylight Savings Time ended 2 a.m. this morning, Sunday, November 1 2009.

Did I forget to set my kitchen clock back? Yes I did. My computer said 6 a.m. and as I was making my morning "Java" the kitchen clock had 7 a.m. I was a little confused. Then I realized that I had not re-set my old clocks manually throuhout the house.

I was able to correct the situation in record time.  So... if you forgot to turn back your clock, do it now so you can start Monday off on the right foot.

Always remember this phrase so you'll know which way to turn the clock: "Spring Forward, Fall Back."
