Deanna Pappas, the Bachelorette, has found new love and is all set to marry Stephen Stagliano. Stephen is the twin brother of Michael Stagliano from the last season of "The Bachelorette". Stephen is a high school teacher who loves to dance, sing and play golf.   nbsp;Pappas is now the new co-host of "Get Married" on "Lifetime TV".
