Demand Studios: Worth an Online Writer's Time?

I've been writing for Demand Studios for a couple of weeks now. So far, so good, or at least pretty good. I do have a few frustrations with the site, though, and wonder if it is good option for making money over the long haul. This article also has several comments from other Demand Studios writers in which they share their perspectives and experiences writing for the site. Feel free to add your own experience. You comment would be much appreciated.

Demand Studios

I, too, checked into Demand Studios but feel the pay rate doesn't compensate writers for the time they take to write articles. I guess it depends on the writer. Demand Studios may be a good fit for some writers, depeding on their preferences.

Yeah, those Demand Studios

Yeah, those Demand Studios articles are really off the wall. They take so much time to write as well. I prefer the residual-earning sites, like Triond and Suite101. I'm new at Xomba and Associated Content, so I'm still testing the waters.

Thanks for your comment, BlogWriter.

Associated Content

So far I'm sticking with Xomba and Associated Content. Like you I thought the titles on Demand Studios were rather bizarre and the thought of putting aside several hours of research, not to mention writing time, for such a pittance seemed to be cost "de"fective.

I've never tried Constant Content and probably won't try it. I'll continue writing my blogs and my AC and Xomba articles. I'm happy here at Xomba and they allow me to post my AC articles so why not stick with what works. I can't make a living from my writing yet, but who knows? Maybe by retirement?

Thank you for your reviews. Looks like I've made the right choices.
