Denied the Advent of Salvation from $P@M

Denied the Advent of Salvation from $P@M

Seeing a Xomblurb entitled Investors in the Arts: Contemporary Botanical Drawings ... (at the end of a sequence of 'Investors in the Arts'-Xomblurbs), I felt compelled to comment that the sequence of Xomblurbs had been delivered like '$P@M' (I know my continuing-to-spell-it-out-like-that may seem childish, but I continue to anyhow).

I received a couple of replies to it, but the whole conversation was deemed 'irreconcilable' and erased out of the Xombasphere.

But I think there was something worth saving to it, and so I pick it up here with the last reply I received:

One man's spam is another man's xomblurb

There are plenty of other similar sets of blurbs on Xomba that are even more similar to each other, and Xomba admins have not deleted them ... think of 'Cheap tickets for Madonna at [Madison Square Garden, LA Coliseum, etc.]' You or I may not like such content, but Xomba has decided they are well within the rules.

If you sincerely feel this blurb is against the rules, flag it or email the admins.

In the past I've complained about types of content I didn't like, but it turned out to be a waste of my digital breath and didn't accomplish anything. So I've decided to focus on my own content rather than other people's, except where others' content is clearly against the rules, blatantly deceptive, etc.

To which I had intended to respond:

@{username}--'Waste of My Digital Breath:' Ahh, There's the Rub

That's probably a root to the reason I made the comments instead of flagging and complaining in secret;

in many organizations of which I am part, my main message to other participants is, 'We (other participants & myself) are our own biggest problem.'

They soon come to the false conclusion that their biggest problem is that 'somebody' sees all their problems---'somebody' being (or represented by) me, they figure "Kick out the one who sees, an` yer sinless!" or something.

I wasn't saying the "Investors in the Arts"-messages were trying to 'fill our heads with sin' or snaking money out of our pockets, because they weren't; what stimulated the comment was the $P@Mmy delivery of the group it came in.

For courtesy's sake, I'd suggest delivering those types of `blurbs on 'a 10-post delay' (posting one and saving the others until that post has slid of the 'Recent Xomblurb'-list).

Thank You

But of course, this discussion's your discussion too!

@salvati6f--That's One of the 'Guidelines' of Choosing Usernames

... You have to be careful not to use words that are too-common. E.g. 'MythMan': I'm pretty sure whenever someone uses that, they're referring to someone awesome. I might talk about salvation a lot, but rest-assured that--if I'm talking specifically about salvation62fr--I WILL have written 'salvation62fr' somewhere previously in the comment! ---Join Us Professional Friends who GET MONEY for Echoing the Universe: 'Bella?' 'Bob?' 'Huh?' 'Wowza!'

did I missed something?

Did I missed something? Sure I don't think you are talking about me (username) but I don't really get your message. Sorry if I am pain :s

I will not sell my wife on eBay.
