It's not exactly an 'X-FILES level' occurrence, but www.kucinich.us mysteeeeriously went down after Kucinich submitted 35 Articles of Impeachment for Pwezeedint Dubya.

Security-measures are back up, and the opening for you to sign a petition for our nation's righteousness is up-and-running; so you can go there and sign on as a true American!

The way stuff sludges through the system, this may not make it through until Dubya is out-of-office "naturally"; but it gives the signers an opportunity to stand up and be counted as 'they who knew he was never the best choice' ... like a marriage-annulment after the death of one of the spouses.

I'm not a hunter, and I certainly have no respect for those who hunt for the pure pleasure of killing. But to say all hunting is "unethical" is a bit of a stretch, given the fact we were designed to eat meat. Where I live, if nobody hunted deer they would overpopulate and die of starvation, since we long ago killed off all their other natural predators. i have no problem with vegetarianism and applaud you for being able to stick with it. however, it is not always plausible to be a vegitarian. take those who live high in the mountains of tibet. vegitation does not grow easily. living as a vegitarian would mean starving yourself to death. therefore they do eat meat. it is the same in many parts of the world. again, i respect your choice. however, i think that many who make the same choice as you have never been exposed to the many situations that would make such a choice impossible.

I'm an ethical vegan, so I don't support hunting OR raising animals for consumption (or any other kind of animal exploitation). Simply stated, people don't need animal products to live. I'm not being elitist about it. Anyone, rich or poor or in between, with a little nutritional know-how and planning, can be perfectly healthy as a vegan while reducing animal suffering and environmental damage.
