Participants in the 10th annual "Naked Pumpkin Run" may have to register as sex offenders if they are found guilty of streaking in public. About a dozen people were ticketed for running nude through the streets of Denver, Colorado. This annual event requires participants to run naked down Peal Street with a pumpkin over their head. Because of this years large crowd, police decided to take action against the runners. Check out the full story below.
