Corel Draw X4;
Without any doubt coreldraw X4 is much advanced verson of coreldraw.It has some additional commands.But it is some hard in use in comparison of Coreldraw X3 which is the previous verson of coreldraw.Any designer who is using coreldrawX3 will not like coreldrawX4.Over all COREL DRAW is easiest and best designing softwares for making visiting cards,banners,greetintg cards,invitation cards and many more like primary level animations.

Quark express;
It is for advanced users but ultimate software for designing everything.But a great drawback is that you cant download a trial verson from internet.First you will have to order the software after payment you can get full download.For free download quark express see the article shareworld.After seeing this article you will definitly get quarkexpress free download.

Xara extreme 3D;
It is very light designing software having download size almost 50mb.It has some very usefull commands.But it cannot fullfilled your all designing requirements.But you should try its free download.It can make your pre designed tamplete more beautifull.

Adobe designing suite;
It is a great designing software even more than corel draw.But it is very hard to use.Setup has a very big size.Installation is very difficult.It can make your system unstable.I never wil recommand you this software.But I will say that you must use Adobe photoshop which is the part of designing suite.Adobe photoshop 10 is a very powerfull photo enhancing software.The most unique tool of photoshop is its magnet selection tool.Most of designer are used adobe photoshop for photo and image cutting.

Ulead photoimapctX3 and some previous versions(photo enhancer,optimizer,painting,and web decorater).
It is a software like adobe photoshop but less popular than photoshop.It is more powerfull software than photoshop.But it has no developed magnet selection tool like adobephotoshop(magnet selection tool is adobe photoshop's unique tool.No other software has so much fine magnet selection tool.)But its gradient tool is very lovely.I love its clearity and easeness.Photoimpact has much more special effects than any other software.

Ulead photoexpess;
It is a nice and heavy software from ulead but I think it is not created for professional purpose.It is heaving almost all tools but not managed like photoimpact.It is not having keybord shortcuts that is the big drawback.But it contain some additional features.You can create your own photoalbum as well as web album,gif animation and many more.

Serif photoplus;
Oh it seemes duplicate of photoimpact.But original is original always.So it is not better than adobe photoshop.But we can say an average designer.
