How will the Bills (AFC East) perform this season? Its been eight years since they made it post season, but they were 7-6 in the first thirteen games last season before losing badly the next three. Linebacker Paul Posluszny is back from a broken arm too.

Its too much to hope the Lions (NFC North) will make it post season. However they did go below 10 losses last season, an improvement from their previous season. They have a leaner, sharper defense. Calvin Johnson and Kevin Smith could be the players to watch. Vikings should be the team heading post season from their group
