Detroit Mayor Sent to Jail

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sent to jail after breaking the terms of his bond by making a business trip to Canada without informing the court. He is awaiting trial on perjury charges.

Now, there are some who probably want to make political hay over his time in jail by invoking race or some other nonsense, but the man did break the law and he should suffer the consequences. DO YOU HAVE THE WRITE STUFF?
