Dick Cheney warns Russia

The US has send an official warning to Russia that if its inappropriate use of force continues aganist Georgia, Russia will suffer in its diplomatic connections with US and the International Community.

So far, Georgian troops have been observing a Ceasefire for the past 48 Hours while the Russian bombers, military and navy continues its assault on the civial population and the economic centers in Georgia.

Russian naval armada has also blocked Georgian ports and waters - stopping vital humanitarian and food supplies from reaching the refugees and those in need... a violation of UN charter, national sovereignty, human rights and an act of genocide.
