Dicky Scruggs has been indicted. You may not remember the name, but you've probably heard of him. He's the high powered lawyer that Mississippi Attorney General Mike Moore hired to go after tobacco companies. The federal indictment relates to accusations that Scruggs tried to bribe a federal judge to get a favorable ruling for Scrugg's Katrina Litigation Team.

Four others were also indicted. They include Scruggs’s son Zachary Scruggs ,Sidney Backstrom, and Timothy Balducci, a lawyer in New Albany, Miss.
