Did you notice the minor change in the Google home page. In the lowest line, there used to be "© 2008 Google". Now that link has been swapped for this one "© 2008 - Privacy". This is in line with the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003. Google refrained to add Policy just to keep the words to a minimum.
