The diesel war continues!

Is the famous Dodge Cummins engine loosing the light truck horsepower wars? Ford recently announced it's 2011 oil burner at the Texas state fair in Dallas. Rumors are flying around about the new Ford developed diesel engine set to produce between 390 to 400 horsepower, not yet confirmed by Ford. Cheverolet also has a new beefier Durmax coming out in 2011 rumored to be 400 horsepower and 700ftlbs of torque. Cummins on the other hand seems to be satisfied with the power numbers they get from the 6.7l rated at 350hp and 650ftlbs of torque. Both the Ford and Chevy engines meet new 2010 emission standards.
