Diet Vs Emotion

But our age is increasing now. Do we eat all kind of these food? To solve the problem we need learn to controlled our emotion. How to manage our emotion:
- Sport is the most useful exercise for us. And our body release the natural endorphine hormone. It make us comfortable. When the stress is a trigger to eat, try to set a time with controlled our breath (taking breath slowly) and meditation is good to calm down.
- Control your desire. If we want loss weight . Absolutely you have to avoid the fat. Unfortunately, in a long period you feel lost something. You will obsessed to eat much. There is some tips. I hope it useful. Try to eat before go to supermarket. To prevent you go to the food section, like bread or cake section. If you want to buy some food, try to buy small portion or just enough for single person. To preventing you eat big portion and it bad for your diet.
