Dieting Without Exercise Doesn’t Lead to Weight Loss

The recipe for healthy and permanent weight loss is very simple – dieting and exercise. Dieting alone is not the way  to lose weight because when you don't eat you just starve yourself but this doesn't lead to permanent weight loss. Exercise is needed in order to lose weight and keep the result.
