Digg Gets Nearly $29 Million in Funding

Digg Inc., the firm behind the hugely popular Web site Digg.com, is getting $28.7 million in new funding. The new financing will allow Digg to "expand internationally and help it weather tighter economic times for Web businesses."

How come these venture capitalists aren't putting money into Xomba? Don't they care about putting the letter "X" back in the alphabet?

And while we're at it, when is Digg going to start allowing Xomba content to be submitted again? Inquiring minds (this one, anyway) want to know!
