A lawsuit has been filed by Brandy Fanning against Dr. George Trusty seeking $600,000 for medical expenses, pain and suffering.Fanning has alleged that Trusty, a dentist by profession was dancing to a song on the radio while drilling on her tooth, and that she wound up in the hospital when the drill bit snapped off and lodged near her eye.Read more on this here.

The song the dentist was dancing to was the '70s hit 'Car Wash.' Now, I like that tune too, but I would dance to it while driving, operating heavy machinery, or using dental or surgical tools.
