POOR doesn't describe DISH service

DISH service goes out on a Wednesday night. Call Thursday and the earliest appointment is Saturday, December 5th between Noon and 5:00pm. After sitting at home during the busiest season of my year, I get a call at 4:30pm explaining that the rep is still working on another job and is a 45 minute drive from me - can't get here until 6:30pm. Due to another commitment, I cancel and call DISH Customer Service. Explained the situation, they were understanding and scheduled another appointment for Monday morning, December 7th. Because I had wasted an entire afternoon, they agreed to schedule me for the first appointment of the day, no later than 9:00am. So, here it is almost 1:00pm on Monday and still no service rep. SCREW DISH!
