DIY Bamboo Bee House, Increase Bee Population With This Easy DIY Project

Why make a bamboo bee house, don't bees make their own hives to live in? Some bees do, but not all.

The orchard bee is one example of the profuse pollinator who also happens to be a solitary bee that likes to live in small, sheltered openings. A DIY bamboo bee house is a perfect attraction and abode for the orchard bee.

The bee population is declining and needs a little help from us to start those numbers rising again. This simple DIY project will take about 15 minutes to make and the cost is very little to nothing, if you have bamboo growing on your property.
