Everything human beings create starts with an idea. In order for it to become reality it must be put into action. A lot of us would love to make $100,000 a year being our own boss, and especially making this happen by working on the internet.

One thing for sure, there is no 'magic bullet.' All of us must put in the time it takes to "make it happen." These are some of the steps I think are crucial in becoming successful as an internet entrepreneur.

• Realize you will be spending a lot of time on the internet doing research. Once you get the hang of it you will find that you actually enjoy researching and compiling information. You will develop a system that works for you. You must believe you can do it and it will happen. Do not doubt yourself. Realize that you have your own style, your own voice. Please, don't copy anyone else's material, or style of writing. If you use other material, make sure to cite the source and give credit to the other author by linking to his or her website or blog.





• If you believe you can make at least $100,000 a year (that's approximately $1,923.00 per week, $275 per day) working on the internet you need to develop 'tough skin' simply because the more popular you become the more you will be personally attacked. If you are a woman in this business it might be a good idea for you to remain anonymous until you gain support from other fellow entrepreneurs. Some women have given up on this enterprise because of being misinterpreted from what they have written over a period of time on their blogs. Don't reveal too much of yourself on the internet. There are some creepy folks out there and, believe me, they can find you if they are truly motivated. Most people are good and kind so there is no need to become paranoid, but cautionary tactics should be in order.





• The hardest thing in a new enterprise is getting started. Go ahead, get your feet wet. Be bold in your approach. Listen to your inner voice. Develop a mental pattern of wealth in your mind. Use the correct thought-image. The image of wealth. Some of us find it hard to accept, but it's true, that our successes and failures are due to what is going on in our subconscious mind. Remember I said at the beginning of this article that all human-made things start out as an "idea." Well, that idea comes from our subconscious mind. We can strengthen the idea in our mind with a little exercise.





• Try this exercise every morning for three months -- Give yourself the mirror-treatment. Stand in front of the mirror after shaving/washing your face/brushing your teeth and say this out loud, slowly, and with conviction: "[your name], you are a great success. You are making $100,000 a year. You are the best in what you do as an internet entrepreneur." Commit this to memory and keep repeating this for about twelve minutes every morning. Why, you ask? This is done to build it into your subconscious mind so that your mind will lead you to that $100,000 of annual earnings that you deserve. You will not only have a goal, but you will "magically" start doing the things you must do every day to reach that goal. You will develop "laser focus."





• Remember: To make $100,000 a year you need to make approximately $275 a day for 365 days. When you break it down , you can see that it is attainable. Develop your system, stick with it, practice the mirror-effect above. Sincerely believe you can achieve this no matter what anyone says to you.
