The "Jasper/Goldberg Adult ADD/ADHD Screening Quiz" is a 24 item mental health screening questionnaire developed by Larry Jasper and Ivan Goldberg designed to determine whether you should seek out a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment of Adult Attention Deficit Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. There is also a link to a short 6 question ADD quiz. (I guess that is for anyone that can't sit through the entire 24 question quiz.)
