Do you like your face?
posted July 12, 2008 - 7:20pmBeauty, they say, is in the eye of the beholder. I like myself the way I am. One of the greatest lessons a person will ever learn in life is to appreciate himself the way he or she has been created and never wish to be another person. I mean, one should strive to live as "the original" and never like a "copy". I'm sure many persons by now are aware of the travail of Michael Jackson. I'm not trying to make jest of him, the example just come handy to drive home my point.
There are a many things one could do to improve one's face and general appearance. It pays to smile or laugh rather than frown. It pays for one to make the hairdo that suits one's face. One should wear apparels that tend to promote one's areas of advantage and hide one's areas of disadvantage. I'm a guy but I feel that the more natural women are, the more beautiful they are. Many men are disappointed when they find out that that the women they have is not really what they want because the women used all sorts of cosmetics to cover up areas of blemish either real or imaginary. I agree that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and if one is not happy with his look and constantly looking for a cover up, there is no reason anyone should take that person serious.
I hope people are not getting me wrong. I mean that people should not worry about the aspects of their look that they have no control over.
