Do You Poop? Then You Should Read This. (May be crude; my experience)

                                                  nbsp;

          Now that we’ve all accepted that everybody poops, we can have this little talk. And by that, I mean I’m going to talk and if you want you can read and even reply! It has come to my attention that my poop is different in England than it is in America. I’m going to discuss why I think this is, how I feel about the results, and just talk a little about poop because I think it’s a funny word and good topic of conversation, erm, writing. You’ve gotta admit, you kind of can’t think about poop or say the word without giggling a little. Poop, tee hee.

            Since I’ve been in England, my diet has been significantly different from how it was at home in the States. I’ve been fixing myself proper meals: I usually eat 2 times a day and I try to snack in between. I feel like my eating and therefore pooping has been more balanced and regular because I am forced to cook for myself in a house full of people who also regularly cook food/ meals for themselves (they poop, too). It’s great; I actually go food shopping! I think I may be growing up a bit (question this; I am writing about poop here). I’ve been doing some experimenting with cooking and I’m pretty happy about the results : ) I’ve made some really interesting concoctions – and I regularly have left-overs to pick from for a couple days following. Thank goodness the university supplies toilet paper!

             Let’s get back to the poop talk, the real underlying matter at hand. (Eww, in hand) I like that poop is happening. My schedule at home wasn’t too good and I feel healthier doing it once a day. I remember an episode of Oprah where Dr. Oz was talking about how healthy poop is directly correlated with having a healthy system overall. This sounds like good news for me! I hope that as I continue eating healthfully (need to be sure to eat enough roughage), drinking plenty of water, and keep on a’walkin that things will remain excellent in the regularity department.

             Now I’m going to go eat some beans and help things along some more : ) And remember kids:

Beans, beans the magical fruit

the more you eat, the more you toot

the more you toot, the better your feel

so eat your beans at every meal!

**Just as a side-note: Don’t forget to flush! Don’t you hate it when people forget and you end up seeing someone elses poo? Seeing your own is gross enough, someone else’s, gechk!** Forgetaboutit.
