Do You Side With Jon or Kate Gosselin?
posted July 21, 2009 - 7:59pmIt only took a month after J & K announced thier pending divorce that Jon began to style around with a twenty-two year old party girl named Hailey Glassman. In fact according to ABC he's been photographed more with her than with the eight kids that made him a household name. According to ABC Jon had a thing to say in defense of his new girl relationship.

I don’t want to choose
I don’t want to choose between the two. The fact that Kate and Jon Gosselin looks good together, it seems that their sweet picture of being together comes to and end. Kate Gosselin just appeared on the Today Show, hawking the program that features her, her ex-husband Jon, and their children. Kate Gosselin went on to say that the marriage was doomed, and would have failed anyway, cameras rolling or no. (Rip van Winkle was so henpecked he took a 20 year nap. Just saying.) At any rate, the ratings of the show have fallen off since they resumed filming, and Kate has insisted that she isn't exploiting her children – even though her plugs could increase ratings and therefore revenue of the show…that stars her children. Many people still insist Kate Gosselin is genuine, and isn't after quick cash by parading her offspring on camera. I really can't stand either one of them. She was so degrading towards Jon that I really can't blame him for falling out of love with her. Sometimes I just want to smack her in the back of the head as she likes doing to Jon. But as far as Jon's behavior he is no better. Flaunting himself all over the tabloids with his new girlfriend is very sleazy. Jon seems to me like someone that got married way to early before experiencing enough relationships that he really knew what he really wanted. Now he is acting like a teenager again. The children are absolutely gorgeous and I just hope that they are being well taken care of. I really do think the camaras need to go, but going thru a divorce and having 8 kids I would definately need the many as well. You just don't know what you would do unless your in the situation. Its easy to have oppinions while sitting and watching from home.

I just think that it is funny in a really sad way
that peoples lives are put up for entertainment value on television and in tabloids. Truthfully I bet this is a painful time for them both, and it really is not any of our business.

I hate them both. Maybe this whole break-up thing is just some way of getting undeserved publicity. He's right, he is a "regular guy"... who the hell told him differently, and if you really felt so, why feel the need to say it. The state of American entertainment is truly sad. At least that's the end of that annoying show. Or maybe, there's a new one in the works...Jon and Kate Split the kids. This whole divorce thing is much more interesting then watching them take 8 kids to the amusement park for the day...Oh, the drama and excitement! One kid cries, and the other is afraid to go into the public restroom because the flushing toilets or loud and scary! Don't miss the next exciting epidose! I'm sure one of them will be writing a book about this in the next few years. Thank you media! No one really gives a damn, but thanks to all the relentless media attention to many people give a damn. It's madness! Damn! I could have used this as a diary entry...Oh well.
