Does apple cider vinegar helps relief yeast infection?

Everywhere you heard that you are not allowed vinegar to use internally or externally for Candida Albicans. But can you use apple cider vinegar for yeast infection? It seems that this particlular type of vinegar has alkaline properties which helps you with eliminating the ithchiness and killing the yeast fungus. You have to use it just external either by douche, either as a bath. For internal yeast infection you can use some anti-fungal herbs or garlic which more than sure will kill the fungus yeast.
