Does a Breakup Have to Ruin You?

Breakup is a very painful end to a relationship and it can really hurt when you breakup with somebody whom you really love but breakup is not the end of the world. However, many people take breakup so painfully that this almost ruins their lives. This is not the way to go - you might need some time to get over a breakup but don't let a breakup ruin your life.
