You dog is a special part of your family, and its nice to get them a gift at Christmas time too!

Why not try making a nice denim bed for your dog?

Cut out 7 inch squares from old denim jeans, and cut out as many to make the size of bed you would like.

Sew them together (1/2" seam) and then iron the seams flat, then sew down the sides of the previous stitch line, (this keeps the squares flat and gives extra strength)

Now attach a piece of faux fur and sew around the edges. Clip the edges at right angles to your project, like you are making fringe, then throw in the washer and dryer and you will end up with a nice soft bed, with a fuzzy fringe edge..
