Don't Get Cramped:
Keep these simple tips in mind to do away with cramsp in your legs:
1) Keep drinking water at regular intervals.Dehydration is one of the major causes of strains in ankles,calves and hamstrings.
2) Potassium or calcium deficiency causes weakness in joints and bones.Have milk and banana as breakfast staples.
3) Don't go for long walks or spend more time on the treadmill just because you see someone dling it or read about it in a magazine.Exercise to your capacity and increase gradually.
4) Don't spend long hours sitting or standing.There has to be a change of posture at regular intervals to avoid muscle stiffness.
5) Do a proper warm-up exercise before doing any leg exercises.
6) Wear shoes that are comfortable and appropirate for the exercise.Don't wear leather boots to the gym !
7) Massage your feet regularly.
