Don't Lose Your Job Because of e-mail

Here is another lesson or story about networking carelessness. But I think the punishment was too harsh:
 

Vicki Walker, a New Zealand employee, was kicked out of her job just because she composed an office e-mail that was written in all-caps font (usually connoting anger). She was however awarded $17,000 for wrongful termination.
