Writing - Don't Repeat Words

Try not to use the same verbs, nouns, pronouns, etc. more than once within the same sentence or paragraph.

EXAMPLE: This sizable mailing list has reached such a size that I cannot maintain it anymore through Gmail. Thanks to your interest, the list has grown to a size where I need to transfer it to a dedicated mail house. That's the only way I'll be able to maintain a mailing list of this size at a top level and serve you the way you deserve.

BETTER: The size of this mailing list has reached such a limit that I cannot maintain it anymore through Gmail. Thanks to your interest, the list has grown to a point where I need to transfer it to a dedicated mail house. That's the only way I'll be able to maintain it at a top level and serve you the way you deserve.
