The music industry lost a giant on Mother's Day. Dottie Rambo a legendary gospel music singer, was killed when her tour bus hit an embankment in Missouri.
Dottie Rambo was on her way to Texas for a Mother's Day gospel singing performance.
The 74 year old gospel singer and song writer was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame last year and the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame in 2006, Dottie Rambo had more than 2,500 published songs.
It is unclear what caused the tour bus wreck that killed Dottie Rambo and injured 7 other people that were on the tour bus with her.
