The Dracula Files is a hidden object adventure game which follows the decendents of Jonathon Harker. Based on the vampire mythology found in Brahm Stoker's Dracula,  the game follows the adventures of Michael and Quinn Harker as they face the newly re-awakend Count Dracula.

The hidden object scenes use photorealism, but the characters are done in cartoon style. The scenes themselves are kind of dark, and the objects are small, so they're tough to find. You can play in either timed or untimed mode. There are minigames, like swapping tiles and jigsaw puzzles, and the commonly used fuse box puzzle.

On the downside, it's short (around 2 hours long). The story is kind of slow, and I didn't think that the cartoon anime characters really fit with the rest of the game graphics. On the upside, it's cool to find a vampire game that sticks to the dark myths of Stoker and not only the romantic themes of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight.
