Dumped Oil Painting Fetches $1m

Elizabeth Gibson found an oil painting lying in a pile of rubbish in a New York city street. The painting, she later found out while surfing on the internet, was done by a Mexican artist: Rufino Tamayo, in 1970 called Tres Personajes (Three People. This painting was sold later at an auction for just over $1m (£484,000).
