E-mail Inbox Management
posted November 30, 2007 - 3:21pmMost office workers are suffering from e-mail overload and it's not even SPAM. Too many people use reply all when it is not necessary. Be careful before you hit "send" so you don't have to re-do or apologize later.
There are rules in Microsoft outlook that can help you organize your messages as they come in. There is also a new software product from ClearContext Corp. that automatically sends not critical messages into folders. It specifically handles internal e-mail overload.
Other companies who make similar products are Seriosity Inc. and Xobni Corp.
These products will help you manage your work and increase your productivity at the office.
