One special Christmas craft idea for your children is to have them make their own individualized Christmas ornaments. You can encourage them to think up their own decoration ideas. Virtually any type of material, including regular paper, can be used to make Christmas ornaments. Your local craft store should have Christmas craft kits with cutouts and stencils. Often these cutouts are in plain shapes, such as a star or cross. Your child gets to decide how to decorate each ornament.
