This recipe for homemade pumpkin bread is so easy!

Remember, you can substitute apple sauce cup for cup for the oil...better taste - no fat!

Pumpkin bread. I bought some of that Williams and Sonoma stuff last year and killed it in about two settings. Next post on pumpkin pancakes - yummy!
